Terms and Conditions for GigHunt
Last updated: February 10, 2026 1. Introduction Welcome to Gighunt.io ("Gighunt", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). Gighunt is a subscription-based platform that curates and delivers freelance, interim, and project-based job opportunities ("Gigs") to independent professionals. By accessing or using Gighunt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Gighunt. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. 3. Account Registration To use Gighunt, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Keep your account details up to date - Keep your login credentials secure - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. What Gighunt Provides Gighunt is a gig discovery and aggregation platform. We search the web and selected sources to identify freelance, interim, and project-based opportunities and deliver them to you through: - A daily personalized Gigmail - Your personal Gighunt dashboard We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or intermediary. We do not represent clients and we do not participate in negotiations, contracts, payments, or communication between you and any client. All gig listings link to their original source so you can contact the client directly. 5. Subscriptions & Payments Access to gig details requires an active subscription. Gighunt offers three tiers: - Basic (up to 1 category) - Standard (up to 2 categories) - Plus (up to 4 categories) Subscriptions are available as: - Monthly billing - Semi-annual (half-yearly) billing All prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. You are charged at checkout for your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. 6. Access to Gigs Your subscription gives you access to: - All gigs in your selected categories - Gigs collected during your active subscription - Previously collected gigs within those categories When your subscription ends, your access to gig details is removed. 7. No Guarantees We aim to deliver high-quality gig opportunities, but we do not guarantee: - That gigs will be available every day - That a gig will be relevant, accurate, or still open - That you will get hired or contacted by a client Gig availability depends on market supply and external sources. 8. Refunds Because access to gigs is provided immediately upon subscription, no refunds are given for unused time. If a technical error on our side prevented you from accessing your subscription, please contact us so we can resolve it. 9. Category Changes You purchase access to specific categories. Switching categories during a subscription is not standard, but we may allow a one-time change at our discretion if you contact support. 10. Platform Use You agree not to: - Use Gighunt for unlawful purposes - Scrape, copy, or resell gig data - Share or redistribute gig listings - Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions - Disrupt or abuse the Platform We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. 11. Intellectual Property All software, branding, website content, and platform design belong to Gighunt or its licensors. You may not copy or use any part of the Platform without written permission. 12. Third-Party Content Gig listings come from third-party sources. Gighunt does not own these listings and is not responsible for: - Their accuracy - Their legality - Their availability - The actions of clients You engage with clients entirely at your own risk. 13. Limitation of Liability Gighunt is not liable for: - Missed opportunities - Lost income - Failed applications - Client behavior - Errors in gig listings To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gighunt's total liability will never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. 14. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify users. Continued use of Gighunt after updates means you accept the new Terms. 16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 17.
